InfoMedia offers two account types:

Standard Account

Purchase books from / through us with competitive discounts off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

It is free with account functionality that: 

  • Allows all your staff to contribute to the selection process
  • Allows you to create your own wish lists by department or other criteria against your school account.
  • Allows you to nominate staff to convert wish lists to orders on your behalf
  • Allows your staff to place private orders at your prices without you having to manage their transactions

Group Account

Receive all the fuctionality of a standard account plus...

  • Collective ordering to maximise group discounts
  • Wholesale type discounts - variable but generally starting at 30-40% off the RRP are passed on to you
  • Bonus discounts on some multiple copy orders
  • Annual service fee and small order fulfilment fee
  • Option to partner with InfoMedia and enhance your Group account to order books for your community members, with you receiving an income.  See our website for more details

How Do I Get Started?

If you received a letter from us, you will find your school's unique codes at the bottom of the page (if you haven't received a letter from us, please contact us and we'll get back to you with these details).  These codes are used to link your username to your school.  Once you have these codes you can get started by:

  1. Registering with us (free) by creating a personalised logon (username and password)
  2. Entering your "link code" to link your username to your school during the registration process
  3. Browse and add items to your schools wishlists or shopping cart (depending on the code you have used)
  4. Make your purchase(s)!

You can browse our catalogue at any time and add products to your personal list(s), or if you don't want to create a logon with us you can browse our catalogue and view our everyday prices.

How do I sign up my school for an on-going Group Account?

Start by registering on our website so you have a personalised logon.  If you have your school's unique codes, enter these during sign up.  Once you have completed the registration process, contact us and your contact submission will be linked to your logon (and school, if you have used one of your unique codes).  We'll then get back to you about how you can leverage the benefits of a Group Account.


Individuals can purchase directly from InfoMedia at our everyday prices, however, if you are associated with a school which is associated with our group account, you can get better discounts.  Talk to your school or contact us for more details.
